Yes, we decorate business and office building exteriors for Christmas and the holidays as well. We have done a wide variety of businesses, from franchises like McDonald’s, to malls, plazas, strip-malls, health care centers, and traditional office park buildings.
What is the decorating process once I contact Christmas Décor?
- A professional Christmas Décor designer will contact you to evaluate your needs. A site visit will be conducted, following COVID-19 guidelines. A custom lighting and decoration plan will be created and approved by you, and all of your questions will be answered.
- Your custom Christmas or holiday light and decoration installation will take place on your property at a time which is convenient for you. We use property-friendly clips and fasteners, as well as energy-friendly LED lights, realistic greenery and commercial-grade electrical components.
- We will maintain your Christmas Décor installation at least twice per season to ensure it looks just as good as the day we installed it.
- Your custom Christmas or holiday light and decoration installation will be removed at a time convenient to you, and your property will be returned to its original state.
Will Christmas Décor put up and take down my own personal decorations?
No, our Christmas Décor team will only install and remove our own decorations to ensure uniformity and safety. We will not install or take down your private Christmas or holiday decorations.
How does Christmas Décor store the holiday decorations?
Our Christmas Décor team will mark and label every item used and store it at our facility until the next season. In this way, you can have the same display year after year, or make slight adjustments without having to reinvent the wheel every season should you so choose.

Does Christmas Decor carry liability insurance specifically designed for Christmas decorating?
Christmas Decor by Valley Green is fully bonded and insured so you are protected! Our installers are trained professionals following well established safety rules, so your job is completed correctly and safely.
How much will it cost us to have our decorations installed and taken down?
Each installation is customized to the property—so the customer can invest as much—or as little—as they want. Each proposal is presented with a number of options like a menu so you can choose your design and fit a budget. A great benefit to leasing our lights is you can change your design and light colors each year!
Do we rent the decor, lease it or do we own it?
You will purchase the décor items from us. The final price for the following season will be reduced by 20%.
Is there an extra cost to store our lights for next year?
The new Christmas Decor program is all-inclusive—one price for everything.
Is there a labor warranty just in case the lights stop working or there is a problem?
Is there a difference between your lights and the ones I can buy at my local retailer?
Absolutely! Our decor is manufactured to our specifications—longer-life bulbs and extra fullness on all of our greenery. We also feature UL-rated, outdoor extension cords, a variety of property-friendly installation accessories and commercial-grade specialty decor. You won’t find better quality anywhere!
Will you install lights that we already own and can you store them as well?
